I have designed 45-90 minute sessions to guide you toward reconnecting with nature and finding peace and stillness, along with a sense of your place in the world.
As a student of Ecopsychology (the study that proposes that a person's connection with nature enhances emotional, mental and spiritual well-being), I enjoy helping others re-discover their connection with their authentic selves—just by spending 15 minutes (or more) in nature.
